The apartments of Residence Il Paradiso are all two-room apartments of 40 m2 (they differ in type: standard ground floor with garden or standard first floor with terrace and SUPERIOR first floor with balcony). The double bedroom is large enough to accommodate a third single bed or a camping cot for infants, in addition to the sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate two more people for a total of maximum 5 guests per apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, crockery, cutlery and pans of various kinds, but there is no normal oven or microwave. Bed linen and towels are provided by the Residence. Each apartment is also equipped with TV, clothesline, and wi-fi. Upon arrival, a small welcome kit is provided for the bathroom and kitchen.
The standard apartments are not equipped with air conditioning, but being located in a pine forest near the sea, the freshness of the rooms is guaranteed by nature itself; however, there are fans.
The SUPERIOR apartments are equipped with air conditioning, induction hob, and modern style furnishings.
